Our experience with Sara Hale as our director was nothing short of appalling. Her behavior throughout the service was highly disrespectful and unprofessional, completely ruining what should have been a solemn and meaningful event for our family. From the moment she arrived, it was evident that Ms. Hale had no regard for our emotions or the sensitivity of the occasion.Her snappy remarks and incessant demands for us to "get going" and "wrap it up" were not only unnecessary but also deeply hurtful. We just had our mother's funeral there and the lack of attention to detail and service was deplorable. In some cases and especially at the grave site it was embarrassing. I as the daughter handed out the flowers to place on my mother's grave while 3 people from the funeral home were by the limousines. Not 1 was by the gravesite during the time my mother arrived at the cemetery.
My experience with Valerie was very much less than desired. She was completely disorganized. And sadly made disrespectful comments about a descendent to my face. If you are going to use the business. Do your self a favor and avoid her at all costs. Your welcome in advance.
