Woke up to this morning; oil burner wasn’t working. YouTube’d a few DIY videos and managed to get it running again (honestly I don’t know what one thing I tried worked, LOL). So I called the oil company I’ve been using for years and they refused to send a tech to my house because I got the burner running. My wife saw Hartmann’s was so highly recommended so we called. Spoke with Don. Explained our situation (and asked could someone come out to try to diagnose why it didn’t kick on, and that it probably needs a tune up too), and he said he’d have someone over between 11am and 2pm. Wish these guys delivered oil. UPDATE - just received a call back a little after 2pm from Don saying they'l be there within a half hour. Don't think I've ever received a call from ANY company when they've missed their window. Well done, Hartmann's. UPDATE2 - Steve was here, checked everything out, and gave our old Beckett oil burner a quick tune-up. He showed me the old nozzle (it was in bad shape); said that’s what caused our “no heat” issue. She’s purring like a kitten again. THANK YOU, Hartmann’s!
