“Amanda is amazing! I had been wanting to get extensions for a long time but was honestly really nervous about it. I’d looked into a bunch of salons before and always got close, but something never felt quite right. I’ve been going to Love Lane Salon for a while now, they have such talented stylists, and one day I noticed they had started offering extensions. Since I already loved the salon, I decided to book a consultation with Amanda.

She immediately made me feel comfortable. She was super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and walked me through how everything works. I appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all—no upselling, just genuine care for what would be best and healthiest for my hair.

Even during the actual appointment, I was still a little nervous, but Amanda was so calming and reassuring. And the results? Absolutely incredible. The extensions were seamless. She matched them perfectly to my hair’s texture and color, which isn’t easy to do, and the final look was just stunning. On top of that, she made the whole experience fun and enjoyable.

What really stood out to me was how much she followed up afterward. She checked in during the grow-out process, gave me personalized recommendations, and made sure everything was going well. The extensions also lasted a really long time before I needed to get them adjusted.

“Pre-Dame is unmatched. From the trial to the wedding day, everything went seamlessly and came out better than I could have ever imagined. Allie did my makeup, Michael did my hair. DREAM. TEAM. They followed me around all day making sure everything was in place. They’re both lovely people as well and conversation throughout H+MU was so much fun. Most importantly, they listened when I had feedback during H+MU and adjusted accordingly. It was very important to me that my bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law loved their hair and makeup as well, and that was definitely the case. Kim is absolutely amazing, I’ve already raved about her to all of my friends, she’s literally my Skinny Fairy Godmother. She means business when it comes to snatching you. It’s only been 2 massages but wow what a difference in 48 hrs. Insane . The stylist had to leave early the day I came so couldn't talk more about the cut but I now have the confidence Shuly Wigs will be able to make the hairpiece even better than now. Tried on some wigs also but was told I'd need a custom wig due to the size of my head - XS! Shuly ships custom wigs world wide and I am so happy they have such a convenient to me location in Brooklyn. Brenda who works there is very knowledgeable and helpful.“
