“We've had Marshall Exteriors complete two projects for us, and I would highly recommend them. In 2019-20 they re-sided our house and replaced several windows. Their crew during that project was so professional - showed up at 8:10 on the dot every single morning, even when the roads were terrible, working through heavy snow and bitter cold. They were so fun and friendly - first time we've ever actually enjoyed contracting team in and out of the house. There were a few minor problems that needed to be corrected after the project was completed, and the project manager, Sean, always came as quickly as possible to correct the situation. He even came back 4 years after the completion of the project to tighten up a loose piece of stone facing, with no charge to us.
A few weeks ago, our aging shingle roof sprung a leak, and I called Kim (she's the best - always professional and super helpful!) to ask for a quote. She got someone here as quickly as possible, they put us right on the schedule, and within just a couple of weeks from the initial phone call, our new metal roof is complete and looks terrific. I can't say enough great stuff about Bill, the project manager for this. Super responsive and just an all-around nice guy. The work crew that did the job was punctual, quiet, and professional. They were also diligent about clean-up, which we really appreciate.

“After a roof leak due to heavy rains and the two previous inadequate roofers we contacted Stellar Roofing. They quickly assessed the damage and explained why the previous restoration was a complete mess to say the least.

The sales team were easy to work with when we proposed on replacing half the roof. They placed a secure tarp over the damaged area to prevent further leaking until the scheduled work took place.

The team worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job ahead of schedule despite potential rain delays. True to their word they delivered on their promise and completed all work and cleaned up the grounds 5 minutes before the heavens opened up.

They utilized drone footage and web tools to keep us informed and confident about the work being done. These tools gave us the ability to see their work quality and showed how the team was replacing the roof sections.

The project manager provided a digital receipt, certificate of completion, and a twenty-year warranty for materials and labor.

“First of all Jason and his crew of Matt and Tom were fantastic! We had them replace our deck from wood to a azek composite, and it had a lot of custom work done. “I can not say enough awesome things about these guys at Picky Ricky! We found a leak that started going into our bedroom, called them on a Monday and they were here that Wednesday! Completed the whole half side of our roof In not only the same day, they pushed through the unfortunate snow that came too. Very responsive, polite, did a great job, my husband and I are quite happy. “Definitely 5 stars! Amazing communications between me, the office and the workers. I knew what to expect and when ahead of time. I had skylights removed. The roof was done and even matched the old shingles. The interior room had drywall installed and painted. Very little dust. Perfectly smooth ceiling- no trace of old skylights.
Every day the house was left as was found. Clean.
The roofers kept all the debris on the tarps leaving no trace they had ever been here!

“Gerber Homes was very helpful and attentive when we first started the process of possibly building a new home. John and Leanne were always willing to answer questions and help with any issues. The process of selecting all the items that went into the build was long and tedious, but always presented in an easy to understand manner by both the Gerber personnel and all of their suppliers. We were able to check the progress of the build on a weekly basis, since we currently live nearby. The interaction with all of the associated contractors went very well and nearly everything was completed to our specifications or corrected in a reasonable time frame. Our site supervisor Mike always answered his phone or immediately returned our calls when we had questions or concerns, and was always willing to meet us at the job site to review any issues. The entire process took somewhat longer than we had expected, but the final results are well worth that little extra time. As the build was completed we ran into some minor issues that needed to be resolved, but John and Mike were very helpful with the resolution of these issues and both were very understanding of our needs as customers. This is the first time that we have built a new home and we have learned a lot in the process. Thank you to Gerber and to all of their employees and suppliers that have patiently helped us through the process. We will be moving into our new home soon and are looking forward to enjoying all of the features that have been put into this new build.“
