“Todd Jones and crew did a real nice job transforming our Webster village home with a new roof, windows and siding. Todd was the only one of three or four contractors we inquired with to actually create a professional written estimate, complete with a break down of costs, insurance information, and referrals. His price was fair, the quality of materials good, and his willingness to make fair adjustments was appreciated! When they removed our old cedar siding they found a substantial amount of rotted wood; and they repaired what looked like could cost a ton more for very minimal extra expenditure....and In the end came very close to their initial estimate. There were some mistakes and delays; some were due to genuine mistakes by the crew. Some were due to the hold ups of the quarantine shut downs. Both were expected with a job of this size...because we are human. When we ran into problems, Todd was conscientious and reasonable in dealing with the issues as they arose. “We have been having an ongoing issue in our nursery. We would get a loud creaking noise when it was windy. We would deal with it and the wind would go away and it would be fine. We thought it was going to be expensive to fix! Well finally after 4 years and now with our 3rd baby in there we decided it’s time to address the issue with all this wind. We called Pat and he came over right away (not expecting him to do that at all) and within 30 minutes knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed right away! We are so thankful for them and now that the room is safe and quiet! We definitely won’t be waiting next time on a crazy noise!
