After another company opened our new-to-us pool incorrectly, I called Better Pool Services and they not only agreed to take me on as a new client while everyone else was booked for the season, but also fixed all my system issues and talked me through everything I need to know as a new pool owner. I feel so well taken care of and they really do offer Better Pool Services!

I've been with Better Pool for over 20 years. They are smart and dedicated. When something goes wrong with your pool or your heater or your water, they are right there to service your pool to perfection. I have my own business in Yorktown and I can tell you this, "this company is solid."Yes, they may have been an hour late, but service is just that. They don't leave you until all is perfect. James is amazing! We had a pool pump emergency very late in the day on a holiday week and he came out within an hour when no one else would. He fixed a very very major problem at an unbelievably affordable price and even cleaned the pool out for us. I was desperate for the pool to get fixed and never did this company takes advantage of the situation. We will be customers for life!! They are a must must must use. I don’t think you can get this level of professional service and response time any where else!
