My husband and I bought a hot tub recently and have been very pleased with the installation and the great service we received from Orange County Pools & Spas. They have responded to every need and question immediately. Dan spent a great deal of time explaining things to us and even came to our home to give us a detailed tutorial. The experience my wife and I had purchasing a new hot top was a complete pleasure. The salesperson, Dan Lavelle, was engaging, highly knowledgeable, and paired us with the perfect hot tub that we were looking for. He offered us various purchasing options and walked us through each helping us find the right deal. After the tub was installed Dan personally came to our home and gave us an in-depth, hands on tutorial in the operation and maintenance of this state of the art hot tub. In changing times, ,when i sometimes feel customer service is a thing of the past, Dan LaVelle proved that Orange County Pools is the quintessence of Customer Service! Very knowledgeable staff, Carrie is amazing!! Always knows exactly what to give me to get my pool water crystal clear. Love coming here for my pool supplies. Very nice store and has everything you need!!
