It was an evening and I thought I'd send a quick message for a call in the morning. Jim responded right away and after talking to him, my husband and I decided to move forward with it. Jim came on a Sunday to get the install done and went over everything with me. He followed up that same evening to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this business. Cannot recommend Koster Excavating enough. Carey was a pleasure to work with and was fast, informative, and never hesitated to answer my many questions, even days after the project was completed! He installed our brand new septic system (using plans from an engineer he has never worked with), upgraded the plans to a better system, and completed it faster and at a much better price than other quotes I had received. Give him a call, you won't regret it!
It was my first time visiting Open Sky, saw Shannon for a massage and she was lovely, really nice person and I left with a lot less tension and really relaxed. Kaitlyn fit me in for a pedicure last minute and did an excellent job, very sweet and enjoyed talking with her. Will be back to visit them both again!
