A-1 Ductless Heating & Cooling

We have been thinking about a ductless ac for our family room for quite a while when we came across a Facebook ad for A-1 Ductless Heating and Cooling. It was an evening and I thought I'd send a quick message for a call in the morning. Jim responded right away and after talking to him, my husband and I decided to move forward with it. Jim came on a Sunday to get the install done and went over everything with me. He followed up that same evening to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this business. Jim went out of his way to help us came at 6 o clock pm to put our motor in so r AC would work. Very very professional & helped very much cant thank him enough Fred & Cindy Cole

Jim does a great job. He is VERY responsive. You can ask him questions via phone, text and email at just about any time of day and he replies quickly.He is very organized and thorough.He also accepts credit cards. That made me rest easier. All contractors should do that because it protects both parties.I feel very confident that Jim installed both of our mini-splits correctly and so far we are extremely happy with them.I plan on working with him again in the future.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
