I was having a horrible day yesterday, I sat on my glasses, my mother was in the emergency room and I couldn’t read anything . I went to the Lowville, NY office. I was NOT a customer but explained my situation and the staff was so kind, fixed my glasses in 5 minutes, would not charge me. The staff was so kind and professional that I am going to be a customer. Someone is running this office beautifully. Thank you so very much.
