“I come up to the ADK every summer. I decided to take a risk and try a random hair dresser while in Lowville for the day and I gotta say (no exaggeration) I got the best haircut of my life. He wasn’t kidding when he said he could cut any type of hair (mine is wavy/curly/thick-ish and was woefully uneven and had weird chunky layers when I showed up). I love the cozy, “my clients are like family”, small-town vibes of Tom’s shop. I will be back every year so long as he’s still working his magic. Thank you, Tom!“

“I see Alyssa for my hair here. She does an awesome job every time on my naturally curly hair. I asked her to give me blonde highlights to cover some of the pink and purple I got in the summer by her. The pinks and purples were still bright and vibrant all throughout. We weren't sure if the colors would pull out of my hair. I told her to play around with it and see what happens. It turned out amazing! Its been years since I last had blonde highlights.
