We had an estimator, Cody, come to look at our roof leak recently. He was very thorough, polite, and professional. He spent a lot of time looking at the attic and roof to identify problem areas, and provided me photos of everything he found and explanations along with it. Cody sat and explained the estimate he was providing, and talked me through all of the required work. Unfortunately we did not end up going with Graves Bros for our roof, but I felt it necessary to leave them a positive review for the experience with Cody. My husband and I are so happy with our roofing and siding project! Tony and his crew were AMAZING! Super respectful and professional. Tony kept us informed while the project was being worked on and showed us pictures of any rot found underneath the old roof/siding. This is a super old house that’s been in my family for generations and they showed it so much respect.

We did have some communication problems with the sales manager, Jerrid, before the project even started. Things weren’t explained properly and it caused confusion. I would ask questions and would wait forever for a response or I wouldn’t get one at all.

We had some simple repairs done to our house after a storm. Graves Brothers were very transparent with their quote. They broke down the individual work for us and gave us different options. The work was competed as they said it would and we’re very satisfied. We will definitely reach out to them again the next time we need work done.
