Yoga and Fitness Evolution

I joined about 1.5 years ago, going about once a week when I started, and it was so incredible for healing joint, muscle and tendon pain, and alleviating stress in a healthful way, that I became hooked. I can't get enough classes, since it's so therapeutic. The instructors are amazing. When I first started, I felt self-conscious about my lack of flexibility, but the instructors and fellow members were nothing but supportive and non-judgmental. Over time, that disappeared, and I learned to truly enjoy being in the moment and the practice itself. Everyone can and should join this place!!!!!

Fitness evolution is an awesome yoga studio that I have attended for 14 years. All of the instructors are very intuned to each students needs. The extended Saturday sessions are really great. It is the perfect way to start your weekend.

Dave is just incredible. I go here with a group of individuals with disabilities every Monday. The individuals love it! It's a wonderful opportunity for them to decompress and Dave does an incredible job of connecting and getting to know each individual. There are times his entire room is filled to the max capacity. When our individuals first started doing yoga they weren't able to concentrate and now they are finding their centers for two minutes which require total silence. Dave does a great job of explaining each pose to the individuals.
