I came to the 200 Hr Yoga Training Program to learn how to teach yoga. I go away with so much more. The Darshana Yoga Center will give you all the tools and resources you need to be a confident Yoga teacher. We covered a variety of topics to include philosophy, meditation, ayurveda, anatomy, alignment and Asana practice. The environment that is created supports all aspects of the training and it feels like every teacher gives their outmost effort to help, support, guide, correct, motivate and make you feel comfortable.
