I’ve been coming to Darshana Yoga for years now and absolutely love this place! They have excellent instructors so I always enjoy the class but what I love most is Darshana is more than a yoga studio. It truly feels like such a welcoming community where each person feels comfortable to practice at their own level without judgement. They host so many incredible events in addition to yoga like sound baths, puppy yoga, meditation, Beach yoga, incredible retreats, concerts etc. The founders, Matt & Regina are so kind, welcoming and helpful. It is truly one of my favorite places to go!!
Beautiful studio, excellent, caring teachers, great, welcoming atmosphere. It's everything and more that you look for in a yoga studio. I also love that they have puppy yoga classes which are so much fun and benefit precious pups available for adoption. Wonderful dogs, wonderful cause, wonderful studio. I highly recommend Darshana.
Yoga Darshana is an amazing studio , you feel the positive energy the minute you enter. The people, the programs, the owners all lift you. You enter a place where you leave the outside world behind!
Professionally run, and immaculate. Retreats, yoga on the beach and everything in between. Hands down the best on Long Island.!
