Nick was also kind and treated a member with compassion, going above and beyond to help. The facility is described as a beautiful, amazing, and very clean gym with a phenomenal environment. It feels like a real fitness community that is welcoming and helpful. The clientele is friendly and respectful, often wiping down their machines. They have a cranking sauna, a jacuzzi, a basketball court, a boxing body bag, a dance/zumba studio, a cycling room, and a Juice Bar for delicious and healthy smoothies.
Beautiful Gym. Unfortunately I have a torn meniscus in my knee and had to cancel. After several fee's and speaking to 4 different people from HQ, Nick was so kind and treated me with compassion and handled the situation with grace. I will join when I am no longer injured but because of Nick's kindness I was able to have complete relief. He went above and beyond to help me with my situation. Thank you Nick!!
Absolutely the best LAF in Suffolk. Possibly LI but in fairness, I haven’t been to all the Nassau locations. Very clean, Every time there. Friendly staff and clientele. Cranking sauna. I just wish I lived closer so I could go on days I’m not working.
Phenomenal environment for a gym!!!
This truly feels like a real fitness community, that is welcoming and helpful. There isn’t your typical judgmental “gym bro”, though there are some who look that way, they’re usually the most friendly and helpful with workout tips, and willingness to help spot if you aren’t working out with a workout partner.
Most of the patrons are very respectful and always wipe down their machines after using them, of which there are sanitization stations that dispense sterilizing cleaning wipes throughout the facility.
