Colonial Construction Co Inc. is a highly recommended construction company that provides excellent services. They recently handled a big exterior renovation for a customer, including replacing windows, stucco/wood repair and painting, and replacing and extending a patio. They also remodeled an existing bathroom and small kitchen/pantry. The customer was extremely satisfied with the work done by Mike and John, and their team, including their subcontractors. They were responsive, on time, and clean, and set expectations and held to their promises. The billing was efficient, easy to understand, and aligned with the proposals. They accommodated changes reasonably and did not nickel and dime the customer. Another customer praised the company's honesty, quality of work, and attention to detail. The electrician, plumber, and other tradespeople sent by Colonial Construction were respectful, clean, and did quality work. The company's cost and timing estimates were accurate, and they were very communicative and timely in addressing any surprises that came up during the project. In the end, the customers were left with beautiful new kitchens and bathrooms, and they highly recommend Colonial Construction for any construction work.

Mike and John and the rest of the crew are extremely talented in what they do. Their quality of work you can not find anymore. They are honest and up front about everything. Any questions big or small they answered with great detail and made sure I understood. Gave us plenty of options . Anyone that Colonial sent to our ex. Mason , electrician, plumber etc…were respectful clean and did quality work.
