Although I've only spent a month with this gym it's safe to say that this place is a godsend haha. Joe and Jon are great guys, very kind, very helpful and very attentive to your needs as personal trainers. I am leaving after a month because they were just a bit too pricey and out of they way from my home after work but who am I to talk I am just a college grad making new grad money lol. If I had more money and they were closer I would definitely make this my permanent gym in a heartbeat. Excellent gym.I have been working with Joe for seven years ,give or take a few months for surgeries. Joe is very good at modifying exercises when needed too, especially with me. He helped me more with my frozen shoulder than my physical therapist. He definitely pushes you to the max to get your best workout.All ages welcome at the gym. Lots of equipment and weights to share.Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

I love this community! All trainers are motivating and fun to workout with! Group classes will challenge you and make achieving your goals a reality! Personal training with Joe has kept me accountable and taught me so much about my fitness goals! This gym changed my life forever and I’m happy to continue my journey here!
