Trying to get my grandson a membership,, but because he and his mother have to be present, I haven't been able to get it. Should be a way I could get him a giftcard. He really enjoys this place.

Had the pleasure of using this PF on a few occasions over the past several weeks while staying in the Albany area. This location is large and clean, and I never felt rushed or crowded, nor did I have to wait. The Black Card Spa is down a hallway, separate from the locker rooms, with its own little lobby/sitting area. Friendly staff, no broken equipment, and plenty of well-stocked cleaning stations. Nicer than my home gym!

Heartily? Recommended?? ALL NEW? Feb 2020: ??️P.F. Latham, NY ?? ??Huge inventory of fitness stations of all types.Cardio, free weights, abs, rope waggle, countless strength building machines. And cardio stations that individuals with physical restrictions can use. All in a very generous size facility that is kept  clean.
