I booked a shipment with this company because it was cheaper. They called the pickup contact to confirm pickup and then never came. No one called me or the pickup contact after that so I called them. I was told they cancelled the shipment and wouldn't say why. I will never use rist again. THANK YOU ESTES for coming through where Rist is a GIANT FAILURE

I had a rist driver run over my kids basketball hoop and the driver got out looked and drove off. When I reached out to the company the OWNER refused to make it right because the basketball hoop was in the street. Where else do we put basketball hoops. Shame on the owner and shame on anyone who continues business with this company after the long list of terrible reviews!

Called to confirm delivery the day before. I was told, of course it will be delivered tomorrow, no need to call or confirm the day after. Can you believe it wasn't shipped from their terminal in Latham until two days after confirmation? Needles to say ask your suppliers to choose someone besides RIST. Complete garbage.
