After going in circles to get the bed, pitt Ohio fixed the problem with my new address. I called the morning of to get an estimated ETA, which I was given.
What I can't figure out is why they would schedule to deliver a medical bed, only to not be able to get it off the truck because the delivery truck did not have a lift. After taking my mother's bed apart, the delivery driver tells me he can't deliver the bed until next week. Thanks for letting me know ahead of time.
What was the point of even coming?
They were the 3rd party shipper for a large item I ordered online and they were amazing. From Angela at the warehouse to the delivery driver(sorry didn't get his name) they were fantastic. Couldn't ask for better service!
