I had such a wonderful experience at Adirondack Foot Sanctuary this past weekend! I was looking for something to do while my friend coached her figure skating students during a competition at the Olympic Center, and I happened to walk by the spa. On a whim, I decided to stop in - and I'm so glad I did.
From the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. They took the time to explain the different services they offered, and luckily they had a 60-minute appointment available that afternoon that fit perfectly into my schedule.

5 teachers went into this beautiful oasis and left feeling like fully relaxed, taken-care-of normal people. It was incredible! The space is so calming and it truly was a restorative experience. We will be going back whenever we need to recharge!
Our therapist, Sam, did a great job with both me and my wife here in October 2025. We had never had a focused foot and lower leg massage and skin treatments before and were both totally impressed and totally relaxed here. Sam did a great job Explaining the process and then executing on it with professionalism and care. We will be back.
