“I had such a wonderful experience at Adirondack Foot Sanctuary this past weekend! I was looking for something to do while my friend coached her figure skating students during a competition at the Olympic Center, and I happened to walk by the spa. On a whim, I decided to stop in - and I'm so glad I did.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. They took the time to explain the different services they offered, and luckily they had a 60-minute appointment available that afternoon that fit perfectly into my schedule.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken in right on time. Christina was incredible - kind, professional, and so calming. She explained each step of the treatment, checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable, and made the entire experience incredibly relaxing.

One of my favorite parts was the scrub they used, which is made right at the spa with fresh, homegrown mint. As a runner, it was exactly what my tired feet needed, and the treatment exceeded all of my expectations.
