She was warm and welcoming - a lovely personality to be spending the whole day with. She was reliable and organized. She effortlessly got to know me and my husband well enough to be able to deliver the experience of our dreams without needing to hear our opinion every step of the way - she was able to understand our unspoken wishes. She helped make decisions and compromises happen when we were feeling indecisive or stuck. It was a HUGE relief to have her there, she took amazing care of us, our vendors, our guests, and our wedding party. We couldn't have done it without her - 10/10 would recommend! BEST DAY EVER

Wow. My wife and I cannot express the level of service and professionalism we experienced . We purchased a house in October of last year and I knew in my head that at some point come spring summer we were going to need to call an hvac company to service our unit.
With the weather warming up against my better judgement I allowed my family to talk me into turning the unit on prior to being serviced . Needless to say 7 days into running the unit it was freezing up and leaking into the ceiling .
I reached out at 8 pm at night thinking I was just going to leave a message to see if someone would be able to come out and inspect and service our hvac system at some point this week or next.
Gene called back within 5 minutes and let me know he would be over in less than 30 minutes . My wife and I were in shock . This wasn’t an emergency by any stretch of the imagination but at least we were going to get answers .
Gene was prompt , courteous and got right to work. He was upfront with what he saw and made a few suggestions all of which were spot on as to what I had dealt with in the past dealing with HVAC systems . We had drainage issues due to a hack job someone did prior to us buying the house . There was clearly a Freon leak at some point as there was still leak sealant in the lines . We were low on Freon and the capacitor was old as it was the original .
He got us up and running with a bit more confidence in the system and we will be having him back to do some more work in the future .
Nick cut both my boys' hair. Great job! I'm definitely going back for them as well as an edge up for myself.

Eamon is really great at what he does! Super thorough, explains everything before and after the job is done. My house looks great and his prices are the best in the Hudson Valley. This is my second time using his service to clean all the mold and muck from the outside of my house and it won't be the last. A true professional! I highly recommend! Our second time using Empire Granite. Our first time was by word of mouth. We were replacing our kitchen and looking for somewhere to get a unique granite countertop. We arrived at the shop to find many wonderful high quality choices. Also we had shopped around so we knew the quality was better than across the river......excellent installation 3 years ago. Most recent our undermounted porcelain sink was cracked in the main bathroom. After visiting the shop again and talking to Mike,we set an appointment time for the owner,Sean and assistant Danny, to come out to the house and assess the repair needed. Sean and Danny arrived on time and quickly assessed what needed to be done. The counter top on the vanity had to come off. They expertly they removed the cracked sink and replaced it with the new one. The sink and top were replaced perfectly in about an hour. What a pleasure to have a wonderful local company that is professional, reliable and reasonable....A+++ Highly recommend for all your stone countertops!

This place is amazing! We went on 7/10, and she took us last minute for a haircut for my daughter, who has thick wavy hair. Not only did the haircut look amazing, but she took the time to explain hair care to my daughter and recommended a great inexpensive solution to her frizz and tangles. We will definitely be returning.
New, clean office with a good doctor and helpful staff. I had a restriction on my license saying I needed to wear glasses to drive that was mistaking put on my licenses form an error I made while renewing during the hight of the pandemic when they had you renew online that wasn’t necessary. They went out of their way to contact the DMV to lift it which is above and beyond to me.
John made the process of replacing my gas lines, boiler & water heater an easy process even when there were unforeseen roadblocks such as a blocked chimney! I'd recommend him 1,000 times over!

Had an emergency. Severe toothache. Dr. Granger found time within couple hours to squeeze me in. In a matter of few minutes after I stepped in the office I was in the chair, got the block and pain was gone and gone forever, because Dr. Granger performed pulpectomy and 2 weeks later Dr. Blum did root canal. All procedures were absolutely painless. Fantastic skills!
