Quality of work is outstanding. John serviced my heating system recently. There were challenges and he figured it out because he’s smart and experienced. But if I’m going to be charged 5.5 hrs @ $200.00/hour, a large increase from his last visit, I should have been told that’s his new rate before being handed the bill. Especially considering 2 hours were spent getting parts and checking in with his partner at a nearby job. I asked about Senior citizen discount. Nope.
