I’ve been going to this nail salon since COVID and had no complaints until very recently. I really wish to give a 1 star but I know it was just a one time bad experience. I was attended by Xiomara who seemed very careless and uninterested when doing my nails. The length of my nails differed from one another and she left my index finger with a visible object stuck in the nail. She is great and has so much experience, but that day she left me extremely disappointed.
This is my home away from home for alll of my esthetic needs. MY LILI IS SUCH A SWEET SOUL!. The staff is cool, the place is clean and rhe services are professional and great!!!
Lili esthetic center is the absolute best!! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I will continue to be one as long as I am a New York resident! From head to toe they will always make sure you look the best. They are caring and professional and it shows in the work and environment. I recommend everyone to come here, I have brought my mom, cousins, friends, everyone! Lol I truly love them so much!
