“I did a walk-in today after another lash tech cancelled on me last minute. I found her on Google and literally went in with little hope because I know it’s Mothers Day weekend and many services are booked. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and Nicole was welcoming and patient with me while I explained to her what happened. “I’ve been going to this nail salon since COVID and had no complaints until very recently. I really wish to give a 1 star but I know it was just a one time bad experience. I was attended by Xiomara who seemed very careless and uninterested when doing my nails. The length of my nails differed from one another and she left my index finger with a visible object stuck in the nail. She is great and has so much experience, but that day she left me extremely disappointed.“
