I walked here a few feet away from the one on 78th after he became rude. So i went to this laundromat. The lady here, with he limited command of the English language was nice and affable. She explained and helped me get my card and explained, even if I can very well navigate around. She was polite and nice, exactly what a service business should be. The reasons it is 4 is that no wifi, to which the lady apologized, and no bathroom. Hello owner, please try to provide these 2 basics. And maybe sweep the floor every hour?

I had shoulder surgery and was looking for a laundry in the neighborhood that could pick up and deliver. This laundry is my laundry now. I am very happy with their service. Very nice staff also. Kayla is very nice and informative. The prices I find them to be reasonable and affordable. I am happy I have found this laundry.

My choice is based on the following criteria: *Cleanliness ; *Quality Of Work; *A Friendly Staff; *Ready On Time when promised, *Competitive Prices AND..... *Everything Must Smell Fresh. FOLKS-----I HAVE FOUND MY PLACE. I've done all the research of SIX laundromats all over Queens.....And........ It's JACKSON HEIGHTS LAUNDROMAT (JHL) is located at 78-09 37th Avenue in Jackson Heights. J A C K P O T !! I'm very pleased for the last 4 Months. Jackson Heights Laundromat checks All Of My Boxes. Very friendly and efficient staff, Cleanest laundromat I've Ever seen. My clothes are Ready On Time,Every Time and the Cost.....IS LESS THAN I FOUND ANYWHERE. I've even suggested to David, one of or the Owner(s) that he should advertise: "Our Goal-To Provide Our Valued Customers With The Best Smelling Clean Clothing, Quality On Time Work By A Friendly Staff At Reasonable Prices".
