Although our partnership with Nick and the Bellisario Excavating & Drainage team is just beginning, it's very easy to see why they are the leader in excavation and site work in Tompkins County and beyond. They are professional and extremely hardworking. It's a source of pride to say we are their chosen provider of office solutions for their job sites!

We hired Bellisario to convert a gravel parking lot into outdoor dining (~5,000 sqft). Beyond the excavation and drainage challenges, the project also included a lot of work with the City of Ithaca. Bellisario is the only concrete contractor in town capable of doing this type of project. The entire crew was professional and dealt with numerous change orders from contractors and the building department. They also put together CAD / topography drawings short notice that saved us a ton in architectural fees. Jobs move a lot faster when you have an contractors that's worked in the City of Ithaca for decades.
