Kelly is a very knowledgeable and kind person, she welcome us in the shop with open arms because she has listen to what we had in mind and showed us different solutions and beautiful ideas for our bathroom.It's a pleasure to work/interact with people with such a beautiful energy.I strongly recommend this shop with no doubt!They know what they are doing.

Thanks to the entire team at Terrapin Tile for their extraordinary craftsmanship in our shower and bathroom project. From start to finish they were exceptional. This project turned out better than we imagined thanks to the skill and advice of Tom and his team. Great people to work with, I will definitely use Terrapin again!!

We went to Terrapin Tile in Ithaca after our tile order at another supplier was incorrect and ultimately unavailable. I had not heard of them until our contractor gave me their name. Kelly was incredibly helpful. She looked at photos of our bathroom and offered to come look at it. She gave excellent advice about tile shape given our small space and other considerations, and about color combos. She was patient, and truly seemed interested in us getting the best outcome and not in making a sale, and at one point she suggested going elsewhere since the previous store might be more inclined to give us a deal (we did go for one item and they did not offer this.)
