“We hired Bellisario to convert a gravel parking lot into outdoor dining (~5,000 sqft). Beyond the excavation and drainage challenges, the project also included a lot of work with the City of Ithaca. Bellisario is the only concrete contractor in town capable of doing this type of project. The entire crew was professional and dealt with numerous change orders from contractors and the building department. They also put together CAD / topography drawings short notice that saved us a ton in architectural fees. Jobs move a lot faster when you have an contractors that's worked in the City of Ithaca for decades.“

“Not sure re other reviews, but my experience was that they were helpful, respectful and prompt. Ken was the person I dealt with and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. They were willing to fit me in and even deal with last minute job. Their price was fair for the work and timing that I needed. To be honest, many of the local painters were not at all responsive on a small job at all nor did many of the local companies have good follow through. I really appreciated their quick response, responsibility and follow through.“
