Pre-contract home inspection of home built in 1960. Outstanding service and communications including pre-visit discussion, on-site and most importantly post-inspection. The inspection was appropriately and extremely thorough (lasting 3 hours). The inspection report provided excellent photos to document all of the identified issues and excellent discussions regarding significance of these issues. The report was shown to and praised by our general contractor and was the basis for the recommendation to not proceed with this property.
