I highly recommend Lou and Tiderunner Engineering and Design.

I needed an architect/designer to prepare plans for my house and contacted several professionals through Angi and other companies. Most quoted very high prices. After checking reviews, I decided to reach out to Lou. Even though he didn’t have many recent reviews, I asked him several questions before deciding.

Lou answered every question clearly, explained the entire process, and made me feel comfortable moving forward. His price was very reasonable, but more importantly, the quality of his work was excellent.
