Home buying is a confusing and high stakes process, especially for new home buyers. We weren’t always sure who we could trust. Dominick was friendly, professional and knew his work. He did an excellent, thorough job. He presented the information in a clear, understandable way. He helped us identify three issues that needed to be addressed and he gave us the documentation to convince the seller to address the issues and reduce the home price. The additional information he provided about the home was very informative. We are grateful we got to work with him and his team! Highly recommend.
