I cut my hair in high school and my hair never grew past my shoulders and also super thin. My hair is so thick and long now. I will forever get my haircut by her!! “I went for the first time to Lulus yesterday 6/3/26 for a glaze and a cut with Christina. I had the best experience, Christina was ready for me when I arrived, there wasn't a wait time, she patiently listened to me and what I wanted. The cut and color was excellent, by far one of the best cuts I've ever had if not the best! As a curly hair girl this is very hard to find. At the end of the appt she said if there was anything I was not pleased with I could go back and get it fixed, which I thought it was impressive for her to say as now days hair salons do not own their mistakes and they give a hard time when a client is not pleased. “This is my second haircut with Dina and both times I’ve walked away feeling like an entirely new woman. I have very thin, fine and flat hair and was always told by other salons that layers wouldn’t work. Nonetheless, I’ve given it a few tries and it never looked great.

Until I met Dina!!! She is undoubtedly an expert in her craft because my hair has NEVER looked fuller or better - and with a ton of layers to boot!! Whatever magic she pulls on my hair makes it look like a salon blowout every day for months after the haircut (the picture posted is a whole month after my first haircut, after rolling out of bed in the morning, and somehow it still looks like a blowout). My hair is so much more manageable and healthier already thanks to her talent and recommendations, seriously. I genuinely didn’t think it was possible for my hair to look this good and full of life. And everyone I’ve come across in the salon is welcoming and polite. I am so happy that Racine Salon was recommended to me.

“I made a last minute appointment here wanting a change, looking to cut over a foot off my waist length hair. Margie was so sweet and took everything I wanted into account. I left feeling like a million bucks, and for a fraction of the price of most places nearby. I am so happy I gave this place a chance.“

“Dawn took the time to explain how to clean and maintain the system in detail and she spent so much time answering my questions. She gave me so many tips on how to style it as well. This was my first time ever wearing a system. I bought the system online off eBay. I called Dawn and was able to get an appointment the next day.

I have been trying for so long to save my biological hair from balding with everything under the sun OTC, prescription medications, peptides, experimental topicals, red light helmets, various expensive devices, microneedling etc spending thousands of dollars and after all that still fighting a losing battle. Told by multiple hair surgeons I don't qualify for hair transplant surgery because of my poor donor areas (probably due to a genetic condition, got a biopsy but it was inconclusive). I was actually feeling so down and helpless envying all the bald men with thick donor areas I see every day and how I'd kill to be able to trade places with them.

When I first got there Dawn said I could wait longer for my hair to grow and come back later because my hair was still so short with only 2 weeks of growth. She said she could also try her best but it might not look optimal. When it was all done I was really happy with the aesthetic results. I actually went to a monthly meeting a couple hours later with dozens of people who have seen me before and many people commented on how good my hair looked and the only person who was confused was a guy who saw me only a few days before. As a bonus I'm so happy to find out how the Indian hair in the system is much, much easier and enjoyable to style than I ever had with my original brittle East asian biological hair.

I have attached pictures of before and after. The first set is from July 18th and the second set is from August 5th when I got it installed. I initially chose this place because the prices were listed very transparently. Very happy with my hair system install and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it thank you Dawn!“
