I've been getting my hair colored for years, and when my longtime stylist moved away, I struggled to find someone I truly loved. I tried several different colorists, but I always left feeling a little disappointed. My last appointment was especially discouraging. From the moment I sat in her chair, Emily took the time to really listen. She asked thoughtful questions, paid attention to every detail of what I was hoping for, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling beautiful and confident.
My hair came out EXACTLY how I envisioned it. The color is beautiful, natural, and perfectly blended. I haven't loved my hair this much in a very long time, and I left feeling like myself again.
I also have to say how much I loved the atmosphere at One3Five Salon. So many salons feel chaotic, with stylists juggling multiple clients at once, leaving you feeling like just another appointment on the schedule. This was the complete opposite. The experience was calm, relaxing, and personal. Emily gave me her full attention the entire time, and it truly felt like she cared more about doing an amazing job than rushing to the next client. That level of care is rare and made such a difference.
