“i’ve only ever gotten pierced by sammie so far and i can’t sing her praises enough. she is so sweet, so informative and overall just amazing. i don’t know how she does it but every time i get jewelry changed anywhere else, it’s painful and uncomfortable and with sammie, i don’t even feel the slightest bit of pressure when swapping jewelry out. the jewelry selection they have is unlike any other place i’ve been to, there’s so much to choose from (ranging from decorative pieces to more simple jewelry) which i absolutely adore, the environment is clean and i just overall love this shop. i can’t recommend them enough!“

“I would like to express my gratitude towards electric arrow tattoos artist Bryan.Bryan is very courteous and professional on the job. He gives it his absolute all within every tattoo he will give you. Bryans performance is like no other as he asks you constantly throughout the tattoo if you are comfortable, okay, and whether or not you need anything as far as water or a break. Bryan tattooed my kneecap back in July 2022. I came in for a refill (mind you it was a cover up) of that tattoo in May 2023. Not only did he refill my tattoo with ease he did the entire thing! I also took a look through his portfolio and decided I wanted another tattoo above my knee. He then did that. Not only is Bryan‘s work fast and efficient but it is also clean, neat and to perfection. I will never get another tattoo in my life from anyone else other than this gentleman. Not only that but if you were looking for great conversation he is your guy! Other than that I would like to add that the shop is very clean, neat, and above all professional. I initially went there to get tattooed by Travis who was booked for appointments that entire day. I then met Bryan Who came out and shook my hand in a very professional and courteous manner. There was something about him that just made me feel safe and able to trust him with something that is going to be on my body for the rest of my life. If you are considering getting a tattoo from electric arrow in the slightest I suggest you do so entirely. As I am not familiar with the other staff in there they all seem absolutely amazing.“

“Went into Devil’s Rose Tattoo today for my second tattoo from them. Jay was my artist and did an amazing job. The picture doesn’t do it justice. He was friendly and pleasant as is everyone else that works there. He wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with its placement and was very patient doing a couple of readjustments. Before he started working, I watched Jay sterilize his workstation so well it was probably cleaner than a hospital. He changed his gloves about half way through for fresh ones. My tattoo is a song title that my mom sang and danced with me around the house when I was a small child. When I left I stopped at mom’s house and surprised her with my tattoo. She was deeply moved and said it “warmed her heart that I would do that for her”. She made me cry. She also said how well the tattoo was done, that it was perfect. So, thank you Jay for not only giving me an amazing tattoo, but also giving mom and I a beautiful moment and bringing us even closer together.“

“I called before going there to make sure she takes walk ins and this google pages says her salon is open till 7pm but when I got there around 6pm I saw her leaving. It would be better if she leaves a note if she’s leaving early or change the salon hours on the internet. Piece of advise - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS! This could hurt you in the long run if you get people frustrated if people come to your place from long distances. Just like it happened to me! I saw another person who came with me was very confused to see the place closed. Anyway, I went there the next day and she did my eyebrows and it was perfect. No long wait times even on very crowded days. Other threading places always mess up my eyebrows but this place is great. I’m very satisfied with my eyebrows. I think I finally found my go to brow lady.“

“Fedex misplaced and damage my order (it happens) and Helio 110% had my back all the way through. They even offered to replace my order before fedex tracked it down but i told them we could wait until we heard word from Fedex. But i thought that was super cool of them to offer to send out a new order right away. Turns out once i finally got the box it was very water damaged aka contaminated and Helio was so helpful in getting me my order right away. all the way fromNew York To Oregon. Thanks guys!NOTE: i first tried helio because i borrowed a 5 liner from a co worker. i instantly fell in love and switched cartridge brands. they are more expensive than the previous professional brand i was using but i think it’s totally worth it!
