Fedex misplaced and damage my order (it happens) and Helio 110% had my back all the way through. They even offered to replace my order before fedex tracked it down but i told them we could wait until we heard word from Fedex. But i thought that was super cool of them to offer to send out a new order right away. Turns out once i finally got the box it was very water damaged aka contaminated and Helio was so helpful in getting me my order right away. all the way fromNew York To Oregon. I've been coming to Helios since 2018 when I first started tattooing. This is my #1 forever go to supply place! No other needles compare, they're always reliable and consistent. The staff here is amazing as well as the owner, everyone is so friendly and I love how this is location is local to me. Same day pick up is easy and even shipping on orders are fast as well. Thank you Helios for being the best out there ❤

I always used a tattoo place alittle further out west and I called around and found Helios ..I'm very happy with this business prices are good it's closer and they have EVERYTHING I need unlike hearing "we're waiting for a shipment!" They make all there own products which are Greta to this artist!! ???
