“i’ve only ever gotten pierced by sammie so far and i can’t sing her praises enough. she is so sweet, so informative and overall just amazing. i don’t know how she does it but every time i get jewelry changed anywhere else, it’s painful and uncomfortable and with sammie, i don’t even feel the slightest bit of pressure when swapping jewelry out. the jewelry selection they have is unlike any other place i’ve been to, there’s so much to choose from (ranging from decorative pieces to more simple jewelry) which i absolutely adore, the environment is clean and i just overall love this shop. i can’t recommend them enough!“

“I have been in the process and have had the pleasure of having a sleeve done by Tara since the beginning of the year. Although we still have a lot of work to do, I can't wait until it's done to leave a review. Tara has the most patience and gentle hands when it comes to tattooing. She has taken every little idea I have had and found a way to make it work without saying no or doubting any of it. (We even squeezed a small, separate one in, in between.) It's all coming out even more detailed and amazing than the reference pictures. The amount of compliments I get on the daily makes me feel so good knowing that I am going to the right, must trustworthy artist. It's a big deal when you trust somebody to put something permanent on your skin that will be seen by many and will live with you forever. She takes every step and precaution to make sure that you are in a safe, comfortable, sterile environment. “I would like to express my gratitude towards electric arrow tattoos artist Bryan.Bryan is very courteous and professional on the job. He gives it his absolute all within every tattoo he will give you. Bryans performance is like no other as he asks you constantly throughout the tattoo if you are comfortable, okay, and whether or not you need anything as far as water or a break. Bryan tattooed my kneecap back in July 2022. I came in for a refill (mind you it was a cover up) of that tattoo in May 2023. Not only did he refill my tattoo with ease he did the entire thing! I also took a look through his portfolio and decided I wanted another tattoo above my knee. He then did that. Not only is Bryan‘s work fast and efficient but it is also clean, neat and to perfection. I will never get another tattoo in my life from anyone else other than this gentleman. Not only that but if you were looking for great conversation he is your guy! Other than that I would like to add that the shop is very clean, neat, and above all professional. I initially went there to get tattooed by Travis who was booked for appointments that entire day. I then met Bryan Who came out and shook my hand in a very professional and courteous manner. There was something about him that just made me feel safe and able to trust him with something that is going to be on my body for the rest of my life. If you are considering getting a tattoo from electric arrow in the slightest I suggest you do so entirely. As I am not familiar with the other staff in there they all seem absolutely amazing.“

“Fedex misplaced and damage my order (it happens) and Helio 110% had my back all the way through. They even offered to replace my order before fedex tracked it down but i told them we could wait until we heard word from Fedex. But i thought that was super cool of them to offer to send out a new order right away. Turns out once i finally got the box it was very water damaged aka contaminated and Helio was so helpful in getting me my order right away. all the way fromNew York To Oregon. Thanks guys!NOTE: i first tried helio because i borrowed a 5 liner from a co worker. i instantly fell in love and switched cartridge brands. they are more expensive than the previous professional brand i was using but i think it’s totally worth it! Super clean design and work, and out of a few tattoos I have from artists earlier in their career she has one of the lighter hands which was so clutch when getting my first foot tattoo.Shop is very clean and has a good chill vibe, thought it would be freezing because of how spacious it is but was pleasantly surprised.
