“I needed to have help putting my 12 ear piercings back in after having an MRI. My friends tried to help, I have nails and we couldn't figure out the order of which back went to what. Jess did it probably within less than 2 minutes. I'm sure she would have barely charged me anything, if at all but I I told her I was looking for something to add to even out my piercings without being completely symmetrical. She came up with a beautiful idea. I always leave it up to the piercers there at Cliff's because they're the professionals and they know it looks good. She fixed something that has always annoyed me as far as the placement of one of my piercings when I was way young that I probably got at the mall. It looks great and no other piercers thought of this before but it looks amazing! She's so gentle and she takes extra time with you. If you're not certain of what you want to do, ask her for her expertise. I just go with it and I'm never disappointed. That includes all the piercings I received at cliffs. Always very comfortable and rarely ever a wait. Don't forget to tip!!! They deserve it!!!”
