“Just a few days before Christmas, 2023, my 7 year old Shihtzu became quite ill. Our regular Vet was on vacation so we went to the Emergency Vet, as advised by our Vet, only to be told they could not see my pup. I had been a client of Hurley Animal in the past and decided to try to get an appointment. When I called and explained my situation, they saw my Shihtzu that same morning. We have since switched both of our dogs to Hurley Animal and are so happy we did. Friendly staff, wonderful Vet, and I haven't had to wait very long for appointments. 5 stars!“

“I personally would like to thank Dr. Alden for taking our golden retriever Bear as her client. I spent thousands of dollars at another veterinarian office locally and when my dog had a problem they could not see him. He’s a larger dog and when he woke up in the morning, he could not walk on one of his legs. I called our veterinarian and their respond was they couldn’t see him that day, they were too booked up. Right away I started calling veterinarian offices and called Kingston Animal Hospital. Thank you very much Dr. Alden for seeing bear and taking care of him that day. It was something very simple. He just had an abscess inside of his paw. I’ve had a few emergencies with our dog and Dr. Alden has always been there for me. I will never use another veterinarian. I highly recommend Dr Alden. “This vet got me in when my own veterinarian couldn't see my boy. Everyone there was very caring n made me & my cat comfortable n in good hands, especially Dr. Kilmer. It was the 1st time ever that a Dr. complimented on my furbaby in my invoice. It made my heart fill with love when she said my boy Creamy is so handsome, it put a smile on my face. That's exactly the way I feel n think of him. Ty South Peak for making him feel much better!!“

“brought my baby in today for the first time. he has rashes, skin irritation and hasn't been feeling great recently. i was nervous considering it was his first visit to any kind of animal hospital, and because of the vets and their clear compassion for animals, my trip was more than satisfactory and i loved how they treated him. for a check-up, skin examination and 2 shots, it cost me $211, and i would've easily paid more without hesitation. thank you to the vets and staff for today, i appreciate you all and the work you do <3“
