This clinic was wonderful. We brought our dog in today to be put down. It was time. They were so incredibly kind. Leah was just wonderful. The staff were kind. He went peacefully and with all the love in the world around him. Thank you for taking us in, being so caring to not only our boy, but also to us. You were amazing! (Hudson's mom and dad)
Overall a good experience and the outcome could not have been better. Emergency medicine is very very expensive. I would have given 5 stars had the cost of everything not been 2 or 3 times what it costs at a regular vet. For example....$273 per night just for bording... yikes!
Blood tests, x rays, The Doc and boarding for three days......$2700.00. Considering the mega premium pricing, You'd think they would put a more friendly, compassionate and accommodating person at the front desk. We brought our sweet cat, Link, to the clinic in the early hours of the morning. He'd been very sick for a couple of days and they ran every test they could think of at our regular vet with no answers. He continued to deteriorate until we awoke to find him unresponsive and brought him here. From the moment we called and came in, the staff was empathetic, thorough, and timely. They took a detailed medical history and immediately tried to do that they could to stabilize him. Unfortunately , Link didn't survive.
