I personally would like to thank Dr. Alden for taking our golden retriever Bear as her client. I spent thousands of dollars at another veterinarian office locally and when my dog had a problem they could not see him. He’s a larger dog and when he woke up in the morning, he could not walk on one of his legs. I called our veterinarian and their respond was they couldn’t see him that day, they were too booked up. Right away I started calling veterinarian offices and called Kingston Animal Hospital. Thank you very much Dr. Alden for seeing bear and taking care of him that day. It was something very simple. Best vets in the area! Everyone is so sweet and they genuinely care about your pet, we're always welcomed with a smile. I haven't seen any of the new vets yet but Dr Alden, Dr Turner, (both women) and Dr Rugg are all excellent and up to date with their continuing education. Dr Turner was the vet who performed the spay on my little girl Arabella when she was 6 months old (Arabella is a cat). Dr Turner was so sweet and good with her and she answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. We had her pre-op bloodwork done, got a very informative page that told us how to help prep for her surgery, the hours we could drop her off and pick her up, an estimate for the spay...read full review
