I have been coming to this facility for 11 years now, and I must say that it takes personal pet care to a whole new level! If you are looking for a veterinarian that truly cares for the health and well-being of your pet, then I must say that Dr. Alexis Baffa is at the top of the list by far. She and her staff are caring, compassionate, and truly professional. All of your questions and concerns are answered. Not only are your questions answered, but they are answered thoroughly. I recently visited this animal center over the summer and was blown away by the level of care they provided. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was a special place. A little old, but I guess they could do the job.Dr. Ryan, in particular, stood out to me. He took the time to really listen to my concerns about my pet and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Jennifer is AMAZING!!! She sets the standard for excellence and is an asset to this Animal Center. She is genuine, patient, and goes above and beyond. I can’t begin to express how amazing she is and how grateful I am for her answering all my questions about my new Yorkie puppy. Thank you Jennifer and thank you Animal Center LI!!!!!!!!
