“I have lately wondered where human kindness has gone. I beleive that to be sad. I am grateful to report that I have found it. You see my Mother in law has been getting her hair dressing needs fulfilled at Erica's every week for many years. She is now 94 years young and unfortunately can no longer make the car ride to Ericas. You see my Mother in law has always been a fanatic when it comes to her hair. You probably know a lady just like her. Well as the last months have passed by I have tried my best to wash and blow out her hair as best I could. Of course it was just not the same for her. I watched with a heavy heart at her when she looked at herself in the mirror and knew something had to be done. I placed a call to the Salon and was greeted by Erica. I explained my situation and she immediately offered to do whatever Terry (my mother in law)needed.So I am now sitting in my living room waiting for Linda and Sue to complete her shampoo cut color and blow. She is sitting there with a smile that I have not seen for a while. You see Linda and Sue have come to my home on their own time to perform not only their hairdressing expertise but more so an act of human kindness. Erica Linda and Sue you have no idea what your deeds today have done for the heart of a 94 year old girl . “I go here for a simple pedicure and massage every month, and the service is great. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The strip mall where the shop is located actually burned down a few years ago after a fire started in one of the stores next door, and everything was rebuilt with all new equipment and the same workers all returned. Owner must treat her workers well.“

“This salon - and especially Jet S at the Huntington location - are absolutely fantastic - the BEST! I had to find a new salon and stylist because my previous person left the field temporarily. And so I saw some photos of Jet's work on social media, so I decided to give her and Anthony DeFranco Salon a try, and.... as long as I live nearby, I'll now never go anywhere else!Jet is a true artist and the best stylist I've ever had, anywhere, anytime, ever. Each time I go in for a haircut, I want something different to change it up a bit. Jet not only creates the style I want, but she markedly improves it so that it fits my face and "me" even better. I'm blown away (pun!) by her artistry. She is a true professional. Oh - and... when my hair grows out from the cool new cut, it grows into another cut that I love!... a sign of a true master of her trade. :)I should also mention that Jet is extremely personable and always makes me feel comfortable (and I consider myself very introverted and awkward. ha) and makes me smile and laugh.Also... everyone at the salon is sooooo friendly and welcoming... even the owner greets me while I'm waiting for my appointment with Jet.
