Joe and Matt were a pleasure to work with for the day to day work that was completed. They worked with electricians, plumbers, etc and coordinated all the work that needed to get done. They’ve always been great to work with and with such a large project in the main area of my home, they cleaned up every day making it comfortable for us. My living room flooring was in such bad shape from years of animal accidents, heavy moisture damage and dog nails and the McGuires crew made it look brand spanking new for less than what it would’ve cost me to cover it with a lesser quality material! “So far, all I have to review is customer service. I worked with Mike. He is a really nice guy. I paid in full as of yesterday and received a call today that materials will be delivered tomorrow, not too bad in my book. I, too, have about 13 stairs to be done. I will take you all thru the process with me. From the installment of my floors with pictures and timeline for my stairs. We will see if reviews are true. Today, the contractors hired by LL Flooring came to install the floors. Let me be completely honest. I have NEVER seen a more professional installation than I did today. The company name is Good House they are based out of Danbury. I am going to add pics so you can see the meticulous job they did. I call Mike from LL flooring (I love his customer service skills always sets my mind at ease) he said the stairs should be here in 3 weeks. I can't wait to see what that looks like. I will continue to update you all with pictures and honesty.
