We recently contracted with Keen Improvements for our bathroom renovation. From start to finish, Juan and his team were timely, responsive, and extremely professional, which was much appreciated. Mariana made communications smooth and easy, and was genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.
All the crew members were neat with their very skilled work, polite, and willing to lend a hand or answer questions. I was happy to take their advice on different elements along the process, and when we requested changes in design, Juan was flexible and easy to work with, never making us feel like we were being a hassle.
