“I just bought an old house and it has wooden stairs leading up to the second floor. My dogs were unable to get up the stairs because the pause would slip. I came across Wagner Carpet's and Andy was incredibly helpful at picking out the perfect carpet for the stairs. Him and his crew came out to measure and install the stair runner and they were super flexible with the times. The stair runner looks absolutely gorgeous and installation is a masterpiece! It made a section of the vinyl plank separate but they stand behind their work even if it's two years later. They came and fixed it no problem. They educated us as to why the problem happened and fixed it. We will definitely do business with them again.“

“Second time using Rochester Hardwood Floor.

My home has the original narrow plank hardwoods. The floors are over 60 years old. Rochester Hardwood, literally has made them look brand new! Their work is consistently good. Two years ago, I had the floors on the main level refinished, and last month I had the 2nd floor floors refinished. I’m amazed at how well the floors turn out.

The only reason for not giving a perfect 5 star review: the shoe molding trim really takes a beating and in several areas there was polyurethane splashed up on my walls and trim.

Otherwise- couldn’t be happier with how beautiful the floors turned out.“

“Quality Carpets is THE BEST! From the moment we walked in Kim took great care of us. She's a bit of a character which just served to make a normally draining process fun. She listened to our needs and made some great recommendations. We were given a preliminary estimate and a gentleman came over to measure... and the price actually went down a little. Our carpet came in on time and they worked around our schedule for installation. The installers (company men, not subcontractors) were fantastic. They ripped out the old carpet, laid the pad and new carpet and cleaned up in about 2 hours for a fairly large room. Support local. Kim and Quality Carpets does it right!“
