“Amazing response to our AC problem a few weeks ago. Came out a few hours after we called and told them our Air conditioning was not working-given that it was almost i0 degrees outside, we needed a quick fix. After looking at our furnace and A/C, he told us both units were 18 yrs old -we've been in the house for 6 yrs, so fixing it was not cost effective and our unit was 80% efficiency. After we agreed on the appropriate size and high efficiency-we scheduled for next day install. They also said that a technician will be coming by later that day to install a portable A/C , at no cost to cool our bedroom for the evening as well as the next day during the install, which was an 8 hour job. Excellent service, professional from start to finish and followed up with us as promised. What also was a pleasant surprise is that they at no time try to sell us stuff we did not need. When finished, they walked me thru everything that was done, answered any questions I had and included a 1 year free check up/cleaning. Could not be more pleased.
