I move so much better when I see Jen Hathaway on a regular basis. But better than that - she fixes issues! Often things I didn't realize were off. I took a fall trail running. Sprained my wrist. After seeing Jen the healing progressed twice as fast! Too often we go in when something is bad (like a back in spasms). It is SO much better to prehab.
