UFO Fitness Rochester
“I have been training for a year now with UFO fitness. I had a traumatic brain injury years ago that has caused the right side of my body to be very weak. These guys have been nothing short of incredible. They have the science to back up all the exercises and I have been regaining my strength this past year. It’s been a great mix of physical training and physical therapy. The trainers are NOT gym bros. They are professionals who take their job very seriously.
I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help reaching their goals.”

review, I promise you won't be sorry you went.
I learned so much about staying young, healthy, strong
You work with one specific trainer but all of them are giving you pointers and things you take with you
It's an amazing atmosphere, not intimidating at all, and they start from where you need to start.
They don't rush you they encourage you
Starting to see results and didn't need a pill. Feels so amazing and healthy.
Thank you, thank you Brighton Personal Training for what many places has failed to help with, you have accomplished!!! Forever grateful 🙏”
